Your breath is the original voice of your body. It speaks before you can form a sentence. It

knows what you need before you ask.


When life becomes too loud, your breath becomes shallow, as if trying to hide with you. But

you can lead it back home.


Place one hand over your heart. Feel the rise. The warmth. This is your parasympathetic

nervous system waking up.


Your body is not your enemy. It’s your smartest friend.


Practice: Vagus Nerve Activation:

Inhale through the nose.

Hum softly as you exhale.

Feel the vibration in your throat and chest.

This gently stimulates the vagus nerve, signaling to the brain: we are safe.


Just for today, just notice.
